You grimace as you slowly open your eyes. You feel sore and dizzy and the harsh light overhead hurts your eyes. As you sit up you realize you’re not at home but... where else would you have fallen asleep? As you look around you find yourself in a large white room. Across from you is a large mirror that seems to cover most of the upper half of the wall and a white door beside it. You sit on a steel bed with a pillow and a mattress. Your things that you had with you on your way home are all missing except your clothes and shoes. As you stand up you find a bracelet, maybe two on either one of both your wrists and you blink in surprise. "What in the world are these...?"
"Those are a special accessory just for you." comes a older man's monotone voice from a speaker.
You jump and look around. "What do you mean? Where am I? Who are you? Why am I here?" the questions stumble out of your mouth before you can stop yourself and the man's voice laughs, almost as if he was amused by your silly questions. "You are here for one purpose. To learn and if you refuse to learn then we will learn from you. I am Miles, the teacher here at this institute and you are at Wissenschaft."
"Tch. I'm not staying here!" You say and headed for the door. As you try to open it you realize it's locked and you sigh. See you’re not just some random human on the street. You have powers. You try to not use them in front of random people out on the street or even your family in some cases but you do use them when you need to and since you NEED to get out you decide to use them. When you use your powers though they suddenly don't work which is odd, that's never happened before right?
"Are you done now? You see. You can't use your powers with that bracelet of yours on. If you behave I just might remove it soon." The voice, Miles, says, his tone monotoned again.
You bristle angrily and start pounding on the door. "HELP!! LET ME OUT OF HERE!!" You yell. You look over at the mirror and realize that you recognize it. It's like the ones in interrogation rooms! Why else would they have a giant mirror beside a door?! You smirk and back up to your bed and then charge at the door. You slam into it then suddenly you bounce off and hit the floor hard. Suddenly the bracelet or bracelets shock you hard and your laying on the floor, gasping for breath.
Miles, now angry and annoyed tells you calmly. "Your no getting out. No one is coming to save you. If you learn to behave outside of tests then you MIGHT be able to walk around without that bracelet of yours on. Now then. You will be escorted to your new room. The doors are unlocked so that you may explore a bit but if you try anything you will be shocked. Persist in doing so and you will be shocked harder and disciplined." there was a beep from outside your door and five armed men walk in. Two seize your arms and begin hauling you out of the room with the others forming a circle around you. As your escorted from the room you here Miles once more. "Welcome to Wissenschaft."

Rules---
There's only a few simple rules you must follow.
1: Seriously people. Don't be an Id***, use your common sense. No Mary-sues or Gary-hues. When OOC use bracket things or those header things. Ya know, common rules for any sensible Rp.
2: I want this to be a literate Rp or least an experienced Rp. I don't want a bunch of short little three-eight word sentences. Be at least a bit descriptive(Not with gore and romance though. See rule one for using your brain!!). I want you guys to be ACTIVE!! This is a key word. I want you to come on, Rp, leave, and come back. The Rp part is over a course of atleast an hour or so, not just one post (Unless your just hopping on your computer and hopping off!).
3: Please!!! Have fun!!! Act crazy!! Let lose!!! Be wild!!!! Steal cookies!!!! XD We (My closer friends and I, also hopefully people that join.) are all fun-loving folk. We can get a bit serious at times and like everyone when a bunch is going on we may skip over a post or two but, normally we are hyper, awesome, wierd, nuts and epic. 6. (NEW RULE!!!!!!!!!) All righty!! So we are starting to have more people at Tissenschaft so I have added a few things to it to make it different from Wissenschaft. FIRST OFF!!!!!!! THe DELTAS and EPSILONS are REQUIRED to have powers! This is because the Normals are used for testing and not as guards cause Fabine considers them weak and pathetic. ALSO. The wings are seperated by Gender. Male in the West wing and Females in the East wing, even if they are a Normal.

The two fields are where the Students get to go fo outdoor test/exercise.
The labs in the center section of the building are for scientists to work on, develop, and come up with new tests. All three are split in the middle so at least two scientists can each use a half of each lab.
The labs in each wing, are for testing purposes. There are three observation rooms so that younger scientists can watch and come learn. The flash can not be broken by anything. At. All.
Miles's room leads to the command room and security room. No one can get to them without passing the guard out front and Miles.
In front of Miles' room are the three barracks, where the scientists that don't want to go home, stay and rest. There is a room in front of the right barracks is the storage room. This is where you go to get anything you need for any sort of experiment.
The training room is where the Students and some of the scientists go to workout and keep in shape.
The isolation rooms are for students who have broken many rules or their tempers have gotten too out of control to deal with. Students who fo in here do not get any food, water, light or interaction.
Quarantine rooms are for brand new students and for students who have gotten sick.

Psychic~ People with this power can see the future or the past, overload someone else's mind, causing pain, unconsciousness, and even memory loss. They can also pick things up with their mind and talk to others telepathically. People with this power can also read other people's mind. (Because Psychic has so with it, it counts as two powers, meaning if you pick it then you can only pick two other powers. However, your character can have just telekinesis, or just telepathy, or just be able to see the past & future and it will only count as one power!)
Empathy~ People with this power can tell what other people are feeling. They can also feel the persons feelings if they try hard enough. Some people with this power can even control other people's emotions.

SPECIAL POWERS:
Kinetic Channeling, which is the ability to absorb kinetic energy (being punched, being hit by something fairly hard, and falling or coming in to contact with a surface forcefully) and use the absorbed energy to superpower ones limbs, and "push". "Pushing" is creating or throwing a explosion of kinetic force. If one "pushes" without having stored kinetic energy, it will drain ones strength. Ren is 6' 6" 18 year old, has Dark Purple hair, light purple eyes and very pale purple pupils. He has to wear glasses at ALL times or all he sees are blobs of color. He wears a black shirt, long white lab coat, blue jeans, black boots. He has a sleeveless black shirt, camo pants, and camo goggles that he wears when he does physical training He is fairly muscular despite being a nerd. Usually he is very nice except for when his temper flares. He has a very high IQ for his age which adds to his dangerous nature. He is very kind and gentle and warm to the people he calls friends which is a very rare few. Others just get a cold look from him or complete silence and ignored. Anything said the wrong way around or if he is insulted he gets very VERY violent. He moves with such precision and calmness it's scary. Usually when he is P***** he will immobilize his victim using various means and threaten to experiment on them, which he enjoys. He turns into a white husky with a black back, black paws, muzzle, mask, ears, and a black line running from the tip of his tail up to the spot on his back, His fur is actually tinted a very dark purple like his hair and his eyes remain the same color. His glasses turn into a pair of black goggles that he has to where when he is a dog. He is a Conman prodigy. He uses his skill with illusions to help him sell of the con but, he is a pretty good talker when he needs to be. Catheir is a tall, 6'5" 22 year old. He is very muscular and despite his looks is very smart. He has wavy light brown with blonde curls in it now and then, green eyes that have a ring of brown around the iris and his pupil. He usually wears a black t and a black leather jacket along with a pair of blue jeans and black boots. He loves to fight and spar and to cause trouble with his rival Renier. He is a real pain in the but and he knows it. He is a royal kiss up to Miles and knows it. He gets very annoyed, very easily with the students and doesn't have a problem beating them up or forcing them to do things if he needs to. He is a Psychic, Technopath, Teleporter, and Hypnokinetic. He doesn't really have any flaws that would like make him really weak but he is scared of Miles and has a problem with power. He likes being powerful and usually fights carelessly with anyone who is stronger than him. Currently he is Single.

Ivory is a tall 5' 10", 18yr old with short black that stops at just above her shoulders. Her hair is naturally straight, it occasionally sticks up but, usually it's always very straight. She has a few bleached streaks in her hair, in various places. She has bangs that cover her forehead. She a bit pale looking at times, she has three scars on her lower left cheek that runs down along her jawline, to her neck then curves around and ends at just where her shoulder and neck connect. She wears a long sleeved, silvery-gray shirt that matches her eyes perfectly. She also wears a pair of blue jeans, and a pair of black boots. She also has some black spiral like tattoos along her arms and most of her body. Her clothing keeps almost all of the tattoos covered, there is a black spiraling mark on the palm of her hand that runs along her wrist then spirals around her right arm, this one is unlike the others that just spiral around her limbs and body only. Now of them ever touch her hands, feet, or face but, that one. The tattoos on body change colors with the specific power she uses (Black- Normal and Umbrakinesis, Navy Blue- Pyrokinesis, Dark Red- Hydrokinesis, and a Silvery Gray- Invisibility [The colors blend together when multiple are used at once]. She is VERY hot headed. She is almost always itching for a fight. She is quiet, calm, smart, agile, and quick witted when she needs to be. She doesn't trust people very easily adn for good reason too. The only person she ever really truly trusts is her brother Steele. Only he can calm her down and sometimes he gets injured too. She is not afraid to kill someone, she has done it before. She is a skilled knives-man, she is able to do many things with her dagger. When she is mad, you'll know it. She doesn't verbally say anything but, she can give you a glare, scowl, or down right 'dagger look' that could easily curdle milk. She has an excellent poker face, which is usually her normal face. She gets very very quiet and 'weak' (as she calls it) when she is around guys she admires. She doesn't often talk to people about her past or emotions but, when she does don't take it for granted. It means she likes you. She has a large steel gray dagger. It has black spirals all around it, very similar to Ivory's body. Umbrakinesis, Hydrokinesis, Pyrokinesis, Invivibility, Vitakinesis, and she has more Stamina and strength then most girl's and some boy's her age. She is afraid of twelve things and almost all will cause, her to panic, freak out, or just stop. Steele is her twin brother.

Steele is a 6' tall 18 yr old teenager with short silvery hair, that is a bit long in the front and on the top. He is a bit pal looking and has a bunch of freckles on his face and arms. He has deep king blue-gray eyes. He wears a dark navy blue shirt and a silvery looking button up shirt over it. He also wears blue jeans, and white (They actually are fairly dirty looking) tennis shoes. He has freckles along his arms and even a few on his chest and back. Steele is the exact opposite of his sister in many ways. He is very kind, sweet, and kind-hearted. He doesn't easily trust people but, if they show they are actually pretty nice then he finds that he can trust them easily. When he fights he becomes quiet and calm. He focuses on those around him and on his techniques instead of talking, gloating and smart-mouthing off to to the opponent. Over all though he is very laid back in every situation but, serious ones. He uses physically techniques and his powers instead of actual weapons. Empathy, Photokinesis, Psychic, Electrokinesis, Vitakinesis, and Invisibility. He is also super sensitive. To everything. He has no control of his powers. He can control his body. Ivory is his twin sister.

Jole is a 5'2" tall 14yr old. He has pitch black hair, dark almost black blue eyes and freckles, practically covering up his whole face. He is a warm, kind hearted, and trusting soul. He is often a bit too... friendly at times causing him to easily get on other's nerves. He is very gentle and is never hostile to the docs. BUT he has mood swings. One moment he can be sweet an innocent and then the next he is the complete opposite. He can be very aggresive and scary when he becomes like this. Hydrokinesis, Elctrokinesis, Illusionist, and Shape Shifting(Little Black Mouse and a Black Wolf). He is stupid. More or less. He can also lose control sometimes and hurt himself easily.

Ryan is a 6'3", strawberry blonde haired, bright green eyed, 18yr old. He has blonde streaks in his strawberry blonde hair. He always wears brightly colored, neon clothing. He has rainbow tattoos up both arms from his wrist to his shoulder, going in this order twice; Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink. He wears a faded pair of blue jeans and multi-colored neon shoes. Ryan is a happy go-lucky, fun loving kind of guy. He's playful and warm to new people and people he's know. He canbe a bit too sarcastic sometimes but he always means well. He is kind of a.. tough guy when he has backup around. Sometimes he can have a temper(Usually only around bullies.) but it quickly goes away. He can change any part of his body to be a different color, he's kinda like a chameleon. He also can make the tattoos on his arms fall off and harden into any weapon of his choice. He is quick to trust people and is a flat out chicken. He loves to play the drums and is actually quite good. He doesn't like to fight real people but he does like to practice fighting moves on dummy's.

Drew has naturally pale skin and shaggy, black hair and deep green eyes. He always wears blue glasses, or else he's pretty much blind. Drew is a 14yr old, about 5'6" and weighs about 110 pounds. He often wears a black t-shirt, gray sweatpants, and black tennis shoes. Drew is a shy person. He can be very untrusting of people and it takes him a long time for him to completely trust someone, one of his mottoes being, "Distance is safer than trust." If you're his friend, he can be very sweet, and also a tad clingy. Drew is protective of the few he cares for, and especially protective of family. He'll do anything to keep the people he cares about safe, even if it gets him injured or even killed. He is also a bit irascible, and even though he is weak, it is not a good idea to mess with him when he is really angry. If he is sad or in some kind of pain, he can get defensive and snappy, saying things he'd most likely not usually say. He has pyrokinesis, clairvoyance, atmokinesis, and umbrakinesis.
Weakness/Flaw: He is terrified of water, and absolute dark and silence. He has a very low tolerance for the cold. he is also a bit of a whimp (actually a total whimp most of the time. But you gotta love him anyway. XD)

He has blonde hair and blue eyes. His skin is kind of pale, and he is a 5'6, 14 yr old and weighs 115 pounds. He usually wears a short sleeve, dark blue t-shirt with off-white pants. He wears black glasses and a black necklace that has a deep blue circular pendant on it. The necklace is connected with his psychic powers. Jeremie is a very smart and a total nerd. He isn't very strong, but still is a force to be reckoned with if you mess with his friends. He is a bit overprotective when it comes to his friends. He can sometimes seem to have a cold and impassive personality, because he is usually very calm and he is very good at hiding his emotions. He usually gets defensive if he is sad, and often uses denial to try and forget about things that happened to him, like the death of his sister, he still refuses to believe that she's gone. Though he's truthfully a nice and caring person. He is better to have as a friend than an enemy. He is very obdurate sometimes. It takes a lot to get him to give in. He can be sarcastic and a smart aleck sometimes. He uses hydrokinesis, psychic powers and electrikinesis. He is absolutely terrified of needles and he is a weakling.

In another forest, far away from Wissenschaft resides a ominous structure, similar to Wissenschaft in design and build. Here is where Fabine rules. Fabine hates Wissenschaft and so he has built a place where he goes and steals and kidnaps children both young and older and takes them to his institute to train them in cruel ways. Dirty fighting, mind games, and other things, teaching them to kill and to do whatever it takes to win in a battle! Death here is laughable and used in almost everyday language. These children are mostly all-in-all very good children. They have just been taught poorly and led down the wrong path. Have you been taken here instead? Trust me when I say this. Once you’re here... Miles and his Institute will look like Heaven compared to this ****.

Bane is 5'7", very fit, strong and very dangerous. Bane has red hair and cold grey eyes. He wears a black shirt, black jeans, and black combat boots. He is smarter than you would think from a brute like him and knows how to manipulate his prey. He'll seem sweet and kind at first to gain your trust then he'll start to whip you into shape. He hates Miles and Renier especially. Bane is a illusionist, a psychic, and he can breath out different types of gas that do different things. Bane is overall not a weak person but he does have one fierce temper. He hates being considered weak and will not take kindly to anyone's tauntings.Fabine is his father and he is currently single.

Jackson is a 5'11", 20yr old. He has thick black hair that is kind of spiked, but not overly so like a mohawk or anything, it's well spread out on the top of his head, near the front and the top making it stick up and out of his face. He has very dark blue eyes and usually wears a black T shirt with a black leather jacket and darker blue jeans. He will occasionally wear a black and blue plaid short sleeved shirt with a collar and a white shirt with a black tie but he almost always wears the leather jacket. Jackson is quiet, calm and solitary. He is smarter than he seems and acts. He is a bad-boy of sorts, being flirtatious, usually when it means he can weasel out of something. He isn't very talkative or very nice at times and will protect someone if need be but won't stick around or say anything afterwords. Animal Shifting(Black T-Rex), Hydrokinesis and Energy Control. His family is very rich and he has two siblings that may be introduced later. He is originally from Russia. He also has a sickness. So far there have been no known cures and it is only on the Black family bloodline. It is a sickness that attacks it's host's body and immune system making them weak and sickly. Usually he only gets sick after he has stayed in his human form for a massive period of time, has been unable to get proper exercise for a long period of time(usually a few days), or he gets a bad wound. The sickness gets worse and worse each time that he gets it. His family has had this sickness for many generations, only the first born son gets the sickness but the disease still lies dormant in the bloodstream of everyone else in the family. He also hates being called anything other than Jackson and often says when he is referred to as 'Mr.Black' that, that is his father, not him. He likes it at Tissenschaft but he isn't so far gone that he fully supports what they teach there and could be saved.

Leo is a small young man of the age 15. He has very poofy, thick and long dark brown hair that goes down to the middle of his back. It is so poofy it looks like he has a mane. His eyes are dark green and his pupils are always slitted like a cats. He also has large black spots on his arms, they start as small dots and as they go up his arm they get larger and larger until they are just bigger than a quarter. He never smiles, only smirks on occasion. His canine teeth are a lot longer than most peoples and they are a lot larger as well. They aren't like vampire fange, more like a saber-toothed tiger. He wears a dark orange sleeveless shirt with black tiger stripes on it and what's left of the sleeves are frayed so they stick out kinda. He also wears a pair of ripped up blue jeans and black hiking boots. He is silent and doesn't really talk much. He is very obedient and doesn't go back on orders. He can turn into any large feline species and he can make it so that he has the size and muscle structure of a large pro wrestler. He isn't the brightest kid on the block and when he starts moving he can't turn very well. He was raised at Tissenschaft since he was a very small child. He is mute and was never taught sign language. He is completely for Fabine's cause because he knows no other way. If he is unable to take orders then he kills whoever tries to restrain him.

The two fields are where the Students get to go for outdoor test/exercise.
The training rooms in the center section of the building is for Fabine and Bane to work on, develop.and come up with new tests for the students to face. All three are split in the middle so at least two students can each use a half of each lab.
The labs in each wing, are for testing purposes.. The glass can not be broken by anything. At. All.
Fabine's room leads to the command room and security room. No one can get to them without passing Fabine
Fabine's room is located at the very back off the institute. His room is at the end of a long hallway and has it's own... special training room.
The training room is where the Students and some of the scientists go to workout and keep in shape.
The isolation rooms are for students who have broken many rules or their tempers have gotten too out of control to deal with. Students who go in here do not get any food, water, light(Unless they are Shadowkinetic's) or interaction.
